In the latest charge to roil the tense Massachusetts Senate race, Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren was accused this week of potentially practicing law in Massachusetts without a license.

Cornell law professor and legal blogger William Jacobsen made the claim on his Legal Insurrection website. He said Warren’s legal practice is listed as the Bay State but no records show her having a license to practice law there.

A good question that every Tea Party group and conservative should be asking the Occupy Wall Street crowd at the DNC this week: how do you feel about Barack Obama and his wife Michelle leaving the White House in January and moving to a $35 million estate on the beach in Kailua, Hawaii that Obama’s largest donors and socialite friends are fundraising right now to purchase for him in thanks for whatever favors he’ll be doing them between now and his last day in office?

Isn’t this kind of the thing that Occupy Wall Street is against, or something?

According to Mohammad Qatanani, Imam of one of the largest mosques in New Jersey, free speech that is critical of Islam poses a national security threat and “should be investigated by the Department of Homeland Security,” The Blaze reported Thursday.

“We, as Americans, have to put limits and borders [on] freedom of speech,” he told The Blaze.

“He explained that while Americans may ‘have the freedom’ to speak their mind, ultimately, they ‘have no right to [talk about Muslim] holy issues’ as it will incite ‘hatred or war among people,’” Tiffany Gabbay wrote.

Mark Levin says the Obama administration has lied from day one about the circumstances surrounding the murders of our ambassador and his staff in Libya and are now in full-fledged cover-up mode, hiding behind an investigation by the FBI. All the while he says this president is playing politics instead of doing his job and he says this is very, very serious.

Allowing any suggestion that his administration was blindsided by a terrorist plot, especially on Sept. 11, would have cut against the preferred narrative for his campaign that Obama is deadly and vigilant.

It was not helpful, then, that one of the stories of the day immediately before the attacks was about how Obama had been eschewing in-person national security briefings, which allow for questions and answers with security officials, in favor of reading documents on his iPad while jetting between campaign events and fundraisers.
